- The $800 one-time plan means we build it, you own it, and we part ways at launch. The $100/month plan means we stay on as your web team — hosting, updates, and edits are included indefinitely.
- Why does the monthly plan go up 10% a year?
- Hosting, software, and our time get more expensive every year. A predictable 10% annual adjustment lets us keep delivering the same level of service without surprise price hikes.
- Do I really own the site if I pick the $800 plan?
- Yes. Domain, hosting account, and source files are all in your name. You can take the site to any developer at any time.
- How long does a project take?
- One week from kickoff to a finished, ready-to-launch site once we have your content.
- What if I don't like the finished site?
- Then you don't pay anything. We only get paid if you're happy with the site and want to use it. No deposit, no kill fee, no contracts.
- What if I already have a domain name?
- Great — we'll point it at the new site without changing your email or anything else attached to it.
